Welcome to Astro Connect. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, website, and associated astrology consultation services.
By registering an account, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Description of Services
Astro Connect is an online platform that connects users with independent astrologers for consultations via real-time chat, audio/video calls, and live streaming sessions.
Legal Disclaimer & Purpose
- Entertainment Purposes Only: All consultations, predictions, horoscope readings, and advice provided by astrologers on this platform are for entertainment and guidance purposes only.
- No Professional Substitute: Astrology services do not constitute, and should not be used as a substitute for, professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or psychological advice.
- No Guarantees: Astro Connect does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, or reliability of any astrologer’s predictions or recommendations. Users act upon the advice at their own discretion and risk.
2. Billing, Rates & Commission Split
- First Minute Free: To ensure satisfaction, the first one (1) minute of any chat or call consultation is completely free of charge.
- Per-Minute Billing: After the free first minute, sessions are billed on a per-minute basis at the specific rate listed on the selected astrologer’s profile. Billed amounts are automatically deducted from the user's in-app wallet balance, which is non-refundable as detailed in our Refund Policy.
- Commission Split: Astrologers earn 40% of the total revenue generated from their chats, calls, and live gifts received during streams. The platform retains 60% as service fees.
- Minimum Withdrawals: Astrologers can request payouts of their earnings once their available balance crosses the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed on the astrologer application panel.
3. User & Astrologer Conduct
We maintain a strict code of conduct to ensure a safe and respectful environment:
- Zero Tolerance Policy: Harassment, hate speech, abusive language, threat, or sharing of sexually explicit content is strictly prohibited.
- No Sharing of Personal Contact Details: Users and astrologers are strictly forbidden from sharing personal contact details (such as phone numbers, emails, personal social media links, or external payment applications) to take consultations outside the app.
- Banning & Suspension: Any violation of these conduct terms will result in an immediate and permanent account ban without refund of any remaining wallet balance.
4. Chat & Log Privacy
- Confidentiality: We respect the privacy of your conversations. All chat messages, attachments, and call logs between users and astrologers are kept strictly confidential.
- No Unauthorized Reading: No admin or staff member will read, monitor, or access your chats under normal circumstances.
- Dispute Audit Exception: Conversations will only be opened and audited by the support team in the event that a User or Astrologer explicitly raises a session dispute or reports abuse, in accordance with the data privacy guidelines set out in our Privacy Policy (Section 3).
5. Modifications to Terms
Astro Connect reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
