If a chat, call, or live session didn't go the way it should have — wrong billing, a dropped/incomplete session, inappropriate behavior, or anything else you want reviewed — both users and astrologers/pandits can raise it the same way, right from the app:

Step 1: Go to Settings → Disputes and tap the + button to raise a new one.

Step 2: Pick a category (Session Quality, Wrong Charge, Behaviour Issue, Technical Issue, Refund Request, or Other) and describe what happened, when, and what outcome you're asking for — the more detail, the faster we can review it.

Step 3: Submit it. Our team reviews every dispute individually rather than resolving it automatically, since each situation is different.

Step 4: You'll see its status update in the same Disputes screen once it's reviewed. If a refund is approved, it is credited to your in-app wallet balance — refunds are not issued to cash or bank accounts.

A few things to know

Report a dispute within 7 days of the session — see the Refund Policy for the full timeline and rules. Being specific and including exact times/dates helps us resolve it faster.
