How to delete your account in the app
What happens next
Your account is deactivated immediately — your profile and chat history become inaccessible to other users right away.
For 30 days after that, your account is held in this deactivated state. If you change your mind and log back in during this window, your account is automatically reactivated with all your data intact.
If you do not log back in within 30 days, your account and all associated data (profile, kundlis, chat messages, consultation history) are permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
Request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app installed and want to request deletion of your account and data, visit the Contact Us page on our website and submit a support request under the Dispute category with the phone number your account is registered with. We will deactivate your account the same way, and it follows the same 30-day permanent-deletion timeline described above.
What data is deleted
Profile information (name, date of birth, place of birth, birth time), kundlis, chat messages, and consultation history are permanently deleted. Wallet transaction records required for financial/legal record-keeping may be retained as required by applicable law, in anonymised form.
