How we decide who users see first

When a user opens the app, astrologers aren't shown in a fixed order — the order changes to keep things fresh and give more astrologers a fair chance of being seen. But it isn't pure luck either: astrologers with a genuinely better profile and track record show up near the top more often.

What actually helps

Your rating, weighted more heavily once you have a solid number of reviews

Your total review count

Your experience

A complete profile — bio, skills, languages, and a real photo

Being online and available when users are browsing

How active you are on the platform overall

How many calls and chats you complete

How often you accept requests instead of missing or declining them

Customers who come back to you specifically — this matters a lot

What has only a small effect

Badges (like Top Rated or Recommended) are assigned by our team and give a small boost, but they are not the main factor — a badge alone won't carry a profile to the top.

This is not a fixed formula and there is no guaranteed way to always rank first. The exact weighting can change over time as we improve the app. Focus on giving a genuinely good experience — that's what consistently helps the most.
