This page describes what information Astro Connect collects and why, to help you understand our data practices at a glance.

Information we collect

Phone number — used to create your account and verify your identity via OTP.

Name and profile details — displayed on your profile or used to personalize your experience.

Birth details (date, time, place) — only if you create a kundli/birth chart, used to generate astrological readings.

Chat messages and call metadata — stored so you can access your consultation history, and for safety/dispute-resolution purposes.

Payment information — processed directly by our payment partner Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank credentials.

Device push-notification token — used to send you notifications about your consultations.

How we use this information

Solely to operate the Platform: connecting you with astrologers, processing payments, showing your consultation history, and providing customer support.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the astrologer you consult with (as necessary for the consultation itself) and with service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. our payment processor, cloud hosting).

Your choices

You can review, edit, or delete your profile information from within the app at any time, and request full account deletion as described above.
