Financial Features
Astro Connect includes in-app financial functionality used to pay for astrologer consultations. This page describes how it works.
Wallet balance
Users add money to an in-app balance using a supported payment method (cards, UPI, netbanking) processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. This balance can only be used to pay for consultations (chat or voice call) with astrologers on this Platform — it cannot be transferred to another person, cashed out, or used outside the app.
How charges work
Chat and call consultations are billed per minute at the rate shown on each astrologer's profile, deducted automatically from the user's balance as the consultation proceeds. The first 60 seconds of a call are free; billing begins after that.
Astrologer payouts
Astrologers earn a share of each consultation's value and can request payout to their linked bank account or UPI ID, subject to our Astrologer Partner Agreement.

Payment security
We do not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or other sensitive payment credentials — these are handled directly and securely by Razorpay, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
