- Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth (used for calculating accurate Kundli, Horoscope, and Tarot readings).
- Consultation Data: Astrological charts, birth details, and session metadata.
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, device model, operating system version, and application usage statistics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To generate accurate birth charts (Kundli) and provide personalized horoscope predictions.
- To facilitate real-time chat, audio, and video calls between users and astrologers.
- To process payments and manage in-app wallet balances.
- To secure the platform, prevent fraud, and verify compliance with user conduct rules.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only under these specific conditions:
- With Astrologers: Astrologers receive your birth details (date, time, and place of birth) to prepare for and conduct your consultations. They do not receive your phone number or external contact details.
- With Service Providers: Sharing limited details with secure third-party payment gateways and SMS verification services.
- Legal Obligations: Disclosing information only if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety and rights of our users and platform.
4. Account Deactivation & Deletion
We believe in giving you control over your data:
- Deactivation Phase: You can request account deletion from the app settings. Your account will enter a 30-day deactivation cooling period.
- Permanent Deletion: During these 30 days, your account remains inactive. If you do not log back in to reactivate it within this timeframe, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our active servers. Your transaction history remains subject to our Refund Policy.
