Astrologer Partner Agreement

By registering as an astrologer/partner on Astro Connect ("the Platform"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Your Role

You are an independent consultant offering astrology, tarot, numerology, or related guidance services to users through the Platform via chat and voice call. You are not an employee of the Platform — you operate as an independent partner and are responsible for your own tax obligations on income earned through the Platform.

2. Earnings & Commission

The Platform charges users on your behalf at the per-minute rate shown on your profile (which you may request to change, subject to Platform approval). The Platform retains a commission of 60% of each consultation's value; the remaining 40% is credited to your account as earnings.

Payouts are made to the bank account or UPI ID you provide, subject to a minimum payout threshold of ₹500. Any tax deduction required by law will be reflected in your payout statement.

3. Verification & Account Approval

You must provide accurate identification and a live photo before your account is approved to go live. The Platform reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any account at its discretion, including for suspected fraud, impersonation, or policy violations. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate termination.

4. Conduct Rules

While consulting on the Platform, you agree to:

Communicate respectfully with users at all times.

Never ask a user to pay you directly, outside the Platform.

Never request a user's banking details, OTPs, passwords, or other sensitive financial information.

Not share personal contact details or solicit users to continue the relationship outside the Platform.

Provide guidance in good faith; the Platform does not require or verify any particular outcome or professional astrological credential.

5. Content & Recordings

Call recordings and chat transcripts may be stored by the Platform for quality assurance, dispute resolution, and safety purposes.

6. Disputes

If a user raises a dispute about a session you conducted, you agree to respond honestly and promptly through the in-app dispute system. The Platform's decision on a dispute is final.

7. Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time through the app. The Platform may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, repeated user complaints, inactivity, or at its sole discretion. Earnings accrued before termination for legitimate completed consultations will still be paid out, minus any amount under active dispute investigation.

8. Changes to This Agreement

The Platform may update this agreement from time to time. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
